Two thumbs up! Five stars....Our precious 40 year old oriental rug was dull, dirty and dinghy. Aaron and his associate were polite, professional and kind when they moved our furniture and rolled up our rug. When it returned in a prompt time frame they rolled out the rug and placed all our furniture thoughtfully back on it.
The rug!!! Wow!
It looks better than it has in years. We can't stop looking at how clean and vivid the colours are. Thank you so much for taking care and doing such a fabulous job.

I brought in my expensive area rug to be cleaned on site and I’m so glad I did. Aaron the technician did an excellent job and care during the cleaning process, and the cost was very reasonable. Also Sandra at the front desk was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Thanks again April K

I couldn’t be happier with Aaron and his team at Roto-Static. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional and respectful of my time and space. They arrived within the designated time window and followed all arrival instructions regarding my dog, which I really appreciated. Before getting started, they took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do. And when they were finished, everything was left clean and tidy. I couldn’t believe the difference. It looks and smells brand new again. It was money well spent. The final price was exactly what I had been quoted too. And there were no surprises or unexpected charges - which is refreshing.
The entire experience was excellent. And I will use Roto-Static again.

From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service, quality, and care provided by Aaron, Sandra, and Morgan.
Scheduling my drop-off was simple and convenient, and Aaron welcomed me upon arrival. The flexible hours made it easy to accommodate my schedule. I dropped off eight rugs, and each one was returned in outstanding condition—exceeding my expectations.
